Sue O’Donnell is an Assistant Professor at the University of New Brunswick, Faculty of Nursing. Her research interests include workplace health, workplace bullying, workplace policy, sickness absence, and gender and health. She is particularly interested in exploring and understanding how gender and sex influence health within the context of the workplace and experiences of workplace bullying. Sue has presented her research at international, national, and regional conferences and regularly does talks with student, public, and professional audiences. Sue is passionate about tackling the problem of workplace bullying and emphasizes that there is great need to raise awareness about this issue. Although important, traditional approaches to dissemination among academics including papers and conferences can be limiting; this reality has motivated Sue to disseminate the findings of her research in non-traditional ways, including video.
